Hi all!
May I ask that people who send messages requesting books, articles,
photocopies, etc. use a standard form of words in the subject line so that
those of us who do not handle such requests can set up our email ssytem to
automatically delete the messages. No disrespect or lack of sympathy for
the requesters but ..... I'm not library based, so I can't help anyway,
and I'm sure there must be others in similar circumstances.
I suggest the following headings:
Book Request
ILL request
Photocopy request
Book / Article Information Request
I can't think of any more but these will do for starters. It's just that
there have been quite a few such requests recently!
Many thanks for your help.
