Thanks for pointing this out - we'll fix it.
On the other points raised, we intend to send daily warnings to sites when
there is less than 1 month to go, and I guess we'll invent some escalation
procedure if we get into the last couple of weeks. We could also send less
frequent warnings earlier too, perhaps weekly if there is less than 2 months
to go. We'll also rethink the colour coding, but I suspect this page will
be used mainly by the GOC so the important consideration at the moment is to
highlight the points at which action is needed while the notification of
sites is manual (eventually it will be automated).
