I'm not very familiar with the internal workings of MapCenter, but I don't
think the SE tests would be affected by the validity of the host
certificate. I believe it merely looks for a response to a scan of the
GridFTP and MDS ports (2811 and 2135).
I see this morning the state of all the Czech hosts is green, so whatever
the problem was it appears to have been corrected.
