Hi - that depends on which convertor program you use. If you do end up
with lots of 3D files you can easily merge them into a single 4D
analyze file pair using "avwmerge".
Yes, if you have ended up with a 4D analyze file then that is all you need
to feed FMRI data into FEAT.
