We had a similar problem about 3 months ago. All the other items of
stationery seem to come automatically having been triggered by the use of a
particular number from the pad. However, this doesn't seem to happen with
the consigned labels. I was assured three times that they were on their way
but none arrived. An insistent call to customer services then resulted in
the arrival of a pad of consignment notes when I had quite specifically
asked for the barcoded labels!
I finally got through to a very helpful girl in customer services - I told
her we were having to send everything by Royal Mail (I had long since run
out of labels) and would consider terminating our contract. The labels
then arrived within 3 or 4 days. I think the only way is to get a bit
stroppy! It is a shame, because the actual service we get from our driver
cannot be faulted. It seems that the services at Head Office don't compare.
