Dear all,
I am aware that some of you are having problems with the resources through Aditus. I have been trying to get to the route of the problem since yesterday. OVID however are not answering or returning our calls. I have left another message for them to contact us and shall update you when I hear something. It may be worth explaining to your users that we are changing suppliers on 1st April due to national procuremebt and that this may cause a few teething problems but to bear with us whilst we try and sort things out.
My sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause. I am doing everything I can to sort it all out but it is a bit of a minefield!!
For information, our web developers are meeting with Athens next week and I am hoping that this will ensure that self registration and the non-NHSnet access issues will sorted sooner rather than later.
