Hi,
The -d option is for the server. It overrrides
the CVSROOT variables instead of specifying the target directory.
Use this way:
mkdir -p /tmp/lcg1-1_1_1
cd /tmp/lcg1-1_1_1
cvs co -r LCG1-1_1_1 lcg1
