Hi Michael
according to the log file you are missing a simple "--" before the
'mix' option and double quotes around the list of components; Instead of
melodic -i fmri-h_scaled.hdr -v -o filtered1.ica
mix=fmri-h_scaled.ica/melodic_mix -f 1,2,7,11,14,15,19,20,23
you need
melodic -i fmri-h_scaled.hdr -v -o filtered1.ica
--mix=fmri-h_scaled.ica/melodic_mix -f "1,2,7,11,14,15,19,20,23"
In the first version the shell will not pass the remainder of the
command line to melodic, so it will just do
melodic -i fmri-h_scaled.hdr -v -o filtered1.ica
i.e. find the decomposition with automatic dim estimation and write the
output to filtered1.ica
let me know if you run into any other problem
cheers
christian
