You will all recall being appalled a while ago by my message about the
latest copyright regulations. The regulations were quite wide-ranging and
complex, so the Museums Copyright Group and the Libraries and Archives
Copyright Alliance, with funding from Resource, commissioned a briefing note
about them from Graham Cornish, formerly Copyright Officer of the BL and now
a copyright consultant. This is available on TNA's website and also the MCG
and LACA sites. Please see:

I'm sorry that the second edition of my book will be published too late for
