Some comments from me.
> 1. EDG Testbed software release status
1.4.0 is the current version, changes from the last release
are with the UI, II and RB.
Some problems yesterday with stale data in the II.
> 2. GridPP Installation instructions/support status
Major mistake fixed last week for people updating,
an LCFG server. The .def files were moved out of the correct
location in /var/obj/conf/profile/source to a backup
directory.
Notes about adding the gridpp VO have not yet been added by me.
Post install instructions concerning the configuration of
/opt/edg/etc/edg_vo_query.conf are needed that was added in
v1.4.0. An LCFG object is on its way.
The install is largley the same though.
> 3. UK sites status
At RAL both application and production are at exactley v1.4.0.
The application has been running hard all week with CMS, earth observation
and tutorial jobs.
The UK giis has only RAL and Imperial college present. UCL and Brunel both
appear to be configured correctley to register in. A tcpdump on the UK giis
gives
the impression that neither are registering though. Next week I would like
to
solve this with you Paul if that is possible.
The RAL UI, gppui.gridpp.rl.ac.uk is installed with v1.4.0.
> 4. UK-led Development Testbed
John's earlier email answers most of this. As I see it we proceed with RGMA
between RAL and IC as planned.
