I'll admit to cheating but I thought I'd ask my sister who is a civil
engineer, the following is her reply:
My first few go at identifing the concrete lump have been
unsuccessfull, but I'll keep trying colleagues. It's almost as if it is
a stand for something, but why the middle is raised is a curious.
It's almost like an concrete version of a crop circle - mysterious.
So not much help really.
