State Humanities University lead by its rector the historian Iurii
Afanas'ev. The readings took place at the end of 2000 - 2001. This time

political discussion. A circle of very interesting people got together at
these meetings in RGGU: professional politicians, social activists,
historians, economists, and social scientists. This collection present the
