Yes Steve - our SHO's have log books listing procedures and conditions we
feel they should undertake or be exposed to during their 6 month stay. At
their 2nd appraisal 3 months into the job a progress report is taken and any
identified deficiencies are addressed during the final 3 months. I'm not
aware of any national guidelines for this - we made up our own.
Best wishes and seasons greetings
Bill
