The short form below -
Pelvic floor weakness and all the different ways that it can show up.
Gynaecological [prolapse of cervix, bladder and bowel pressing against
and making the vagina bulge]
Urological leakage, to ascertain the mechanical changes of the above and
how to rectify them. With men a rectal examination to check the pelvic
floor function.
Bowel - difficulty with defaecation due to wrong defeacation habit, or
through birth difficulty etc..
Coccyx - rectal examination for mobilisation and to ascertain what ex's
if any are going to change the pain.
_These_should_only_be_attempted_after_being_taught_the_clinical_stuff_
and_knowing_the_anatomy_thoroughly._
