I was hoping that you might be joking but I guess not. Oh well, I suppose it
might be useful to read some critiques of such approaches before embarking
on your search. Try the debates on DALY calculations for example (e.g.
critiques by Groce et al.) - sorry to be sceptical but it's been a long day.
You could always select some items from ICF I suppose, if it really matters
to you? Talking of health warnings, I would be very wary about looking for
solutions in some of the 'quality of life' literature too (back to QALYs and
DALYs?)
