>· Submissions will be made electronically, in PDF format only (no paper copy 
will be accepted).
>· All accepted papers will appear in a proceedings book published by IEEE 
Computer Society Press.

>· Original unpublished papers of up to 12 pages (single-spaced, 12 points, 
including figures, tables and references) are invited.
>· Manuscripts must be written in English.
>· The first part of the paper should include a title, an abstract, keywords, 
and author's information (name, title, affiliation, address, phone and fax 
numbers, e-mail address). The submission will be online and there will be 
instructions on the web
>· Any animation sequences should be made available as a URL in your paper.

>Tutorials Submission Procedures
>Proposals for tutorial on topics such as Medical Applications, Special Effects, 
Vision for Graphics, Procedural and Physics-based Animation and Conversational 
Agents are invited. Proposals must contain a description with a detailed course 
outline, course objectives, target audience and prerequisites, course length, 
brief presenters' biographical sketches, tutorial material/handouts and 
audio-visual or technical requirements.
