They were published in CVS on friday.
Which lists are you looking at?
You can check them out with the magic script
/usr/bin/gpp-fetch-edg-release.sh
which is in
gpp-misc-*.i386.rpm
which in in
http://www.gridpp.ac.uk/gpp-install/rpms/
Just run gpp-fetch-edg-release.sh for instructions.
