Dear Allison,
I'm hoping to sell it for the offer closest to $800 that I can get.
I came to this figure by doing some research at abebooks.com,
lowering the estimate that emerged there, and throwing in the extra
Judson book on Spenser in Ireland. The price came to me as a shock;
but on the other hand, individual volumes are selling for $85 or so.
For shipping: I would consult our quality used book dealer here, and
send it as he advises, insuring it for $1000. Maybe the buyer and I
could split the cost of mailing.
About half a dozen people have inquired so far; don't know what the
result would be. If I'd heard that figure, I'd need a few days at
least to think about it.
Thanks for your interest,
Theresa Krier
