I'm getting all most the same thing for new installation:
[WARNING] update: loop is prerequisite chain: rhs-printfilters bash
atlas-externals atlas-conf atlas-tools zsh fileutils info bash
(code -39)
LCFG objectupdate: updaterpms failed [WARNING]
and after that it's going back to [bash]# prompt. On next reboot, it's
giving a kernel panic.
