Thanks for your information in Canada.
But it is truth that an Australian manipulative PT,even he has
Graduate Diploma of manual therapy,has implemented manipulation
(including mobilization) of upper cervical without ligament test
for several years.
And there is no description about it in Maitland "Vertebral Manipulation".
I certified that upper ligament test was mentioned in AAOMPT advanced
practice.I want to choose the safer way with ligament test.
