After the creation of the definition study draft author teams and the peer review groups, the Life Cycle Initiative continues to look for volunteers who want to contribute to future activities. Current opportunities for participation include becoming a member of the supporting group or the working groups.
* Member of the supporting group
The initiative will have one supporting group. Members of this group will regularly receive information about the ongoing work, can comment on draft documents and will be invited for workshops.
* Member of the working groups
The initiative consists of three programmes: the LCM, the LCI and the LCIA programmes. Each of these programmes will have a working group of about 30 persons. The main task of these formally installed working groups is to give advice on the draft documents before these are handed over to the highest authority of the initiative, the International Life Cycle Panel. The working groups will consist of a limited number of experts and maintain a stakeholder and geographical balance.
The expression of interest form is also available on the Initiative website,

Thank you in advance for your interest in the Life Cycle Initiative and I apologise for any cross-postings.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Guido Sonnemann
