As a result of a successful bid as part of the JISC Linking Digital
Libraries with Virtual Learning Environments (DiVLE) programme
we are looking to appoint a person to work full-time on the EnCoRe
Project on a Fixed Term contract.
Metadata Cataloguer (Post 1) Ref: 3051
Circa £15,000 per annum
Fixed Term post for ten months
You will have experience of cataloguing, indexing and knowledge of
bibliographic data. Knowledge of Dublin Core, metadata tagging and
HTML would be extremely useful. An awareness of Open URL
standards/technology would be advantageous, also Learning Objects
Metadata.
Experience or an interest in working in an e-learning environment is
desirable.
