Richard,
If you do get a chance to pass my comments to the list about the errors
in this on to Keith I'd be grateful. Letters and emails to the tta
about it have so far yielded no response. I think it's an excellent
publication, but it seems a shame that the only mention that Biz/ed
gets is wrong, despite being a core part of one of the case studies!!
If Keith wants leaflets or anything to go in with the publication to
help correct it, I'd be happy to pass some on.
