I strongly agree with this, though I'm not entirely sure that
this is the view Harry intended to convey. If reading RDF
schemas is a requirement for the registry (and I agree with
Pete that it is), then I should think we would want to have
a clear understanding of added functional benefit before we
were to develop, in addition, a hard-wired API to a particular
Vocabulary Management System.
