BIOGRAPHY STREAM AT THE 6TH EUROPEAN CONFERENCE OF SOCIOLOGY
APOLOGIES FOR DUPLICATE POSTINGS.
Dear Colleague,
The 6th Conference of the European Sociological Association
(ESA) will take place in Murcia, Spain 25 to 28 September 2003.
The ESA Research Network 'Biographical Perspectives on European
Societies' will be organizing a program of papers across the 4
days of the conference. This message is a Call for topic
suggestions for individual sessions during the conference.
If you have an idea for a topic and/or would like to organize a
session for the Murcia conference, please contact me by 21
October 2002. Any type of proposed topic is acceptable. For
example, proposed sessions could be centred around a substantive
area, a specific methodological or conceptual approach, or an
innovative technique. Proposals from a Spanish organizer or
based on a Spanish theme would be very welcome. Proposals for a
workshop or a roundtable discussion also would be suitable.
Based upon previous experience, it is likely that some proposals
will be quite similar and the Board may try to combine these.
Shortly after 21 October, a preliminary list of topics and a
Call for Abstracts will be circulated.
[If you do not wish to receive further e-mails from the
'Biography' research network, please send me a message with
'Remove' and your name in the subject header.]
Yours sincerely,
