Oh alright then Giles, perhaps I could do with moving a little from left
back to centre...
But yes, it would be great if the public took some responsibility for
themselves, and that doesn't necessarily mean right-wing philosophy. I can
understand however that non-state funding might encourage more
self-reliance, and less whingeing!
