There was a mention on the list the other day of problems with
plagiarism. Colleagues may be interested to know of a few
services/products that are available to help combat this. One web-based
solution is turnitin.com - what a great name :-))

There is also a series of reports that have been done by the JISC

Though this has always been an issue, the opportunities for wholescale
cutting and pasting are now a lot greater than they were and so the
temptation for students increases! In fact arguably it is sites like us
at Biz/ed that make these problems even worse (but hopefully you still
like the fact that we are around!).
