Have you looked at what is considered access by web-developments from the
ADA? I recognize that this is less known inclusive design issue as those of
us with this specific needs are unlikely to know about it until its pointed
out and try it. And too few are likely to be at this level The book
"Reading by colors" Irlen H. 1991. Garden City park N.Y. has a good
explanation. Is it empirical? Nope, But I find it helps. good luck.
