The colloquium fee will be £22 to include a two-course lunch, coffee
and tea. Please send the attached form to Professor Lesley Sharpe,

local restaurant on the Saturday evening (cost c. £25-£30) for all who
would like to attend. As numbers for the colloquium will be limited,
please reply by 25 October.
