Anyone starting from scratch and intending to install RH 7.x should
install 7.2 since that is the version that will be supported in 2.0.0 (and
work with 1.3)
Not much help if you have 7.1 already of course, Peter.
Cheers,
Andrew

For information ONLY, not a commitment to 7.2 support:
As a follow up to this, the UI interface works correctly without
modification on the CERN RH 7.2 distribution. I just tested all of the
globus/edg commands on lxplus7.cern.ch and everything was OK.
However, on my fully updated RH 7.2 machine, all of the commands work except
dg-job-cancel. This correctly cancels the job, but never receives a reply
from the RB and gets locked in a sleep.
