Dear Liv,
The "yellow" consolidated versions were produced by the Secretariat General
of the Commission.
The consolidated texts on Eur-Lex are being done by OPOCE.
There isn't a direct correlation between the SG and OPOCE versions, i.e. the
SG did some texts not duplicated by OPOCE as you have discovered. The SG
discontinued production of consolidated texts some years ago but some of
those still remain the only consolidations available.

Subject: consolidated text
Thank you Patrick for answering my mail about the consolidated texts. I am
still not quite convinced that they are all there in Eur-Lex which I had
hoped because we also need the space. I have given my copies away to the
law library, but they also want to get rid of them. I just have one of them
as a mean to try to find them in Eur-Lex. It is 380 L 0987 and I can't find
any consolidated text in Eur-lex.
Can you have a go Patrick? Maybe it is me who don't know my way around. Best
wishes, Liv
