Ok I'll put those in my dictionary. When it is updated can I assume that
the updated Schema will appear at those addresses?
Incidentally, what is going to happen to
<http://dublincore.org/2000/03/13/eor> ?
That had 'Schema' and 'WebPage' that don't seem to be defined in any of the
schema above; but are needed, imho.

And the URL of the page ?

Yes I understand that. 'isDefinedBy' relates a term to a Schema. 'seeAlso'
relates a Resource to a Resource; but it does so in a unspecific manner.
I'm calling for a way to relate a Resource to a document that contains
triples, such that an automated agent can dereference the object to obtain
the triples. Lots of people are using 'seeAlso' for that purpose, but they
also use it just to point to a WebPage. How is the automated agent to know?
This is really a very simple and obvious concept ... semref is exactly to
RDF Documents as a <a href> is to HTML documents.
I can understand if DC doesn't want to give this a home, but it badly needs
a home ... and imho DC is the right home.
