There is a note in this document explaining that dcterms:audience has
been approved [1] should something be added about the other new 'refined
elements'?
And should this document be updated to make reference to the new /usage/
documents?
Finally something that I'd find handy would be an expanded table of
contents that listed more of the sub-headings and some more frag id's to
enable one to reference specific sections of the document by URI.
