If you look at the hours and the money I spend on finding the truth in matters (which apart from the long hours I have to spend on it, means going through large number of full text research articles, for which in total I have to pay a multitude of 14.95 every week!), you must have a really twisted mind asking me, as an author of some kind of book, to copy and paste the (in this case relevant) chapters of my "book" on this newsgroup, for free.

$14.95 is probably a fair price for a good product. The material which
you have published in the free section has had serious flaws. If this
is indicative of your pay section it is not worth $14.95. If you want
more information on the flaws I may be willing to negotiate a consulting
fee. I consider your posts to be an abuse of this discussion list.
This list is for discussing pt related issues not spamming it with your
commercial interests. So if I'm not willing to pay you then I am not
interested in what research outcomes have to say? What a load of crap.
If you don't want to post your information for free, don't enter the
discussion.

This comment shows your lack of knowledge about research methods. There
is a ton of evidence linking smoking with cancer. It has NOT been
proven that smoking causes cancer. This would require an RCT which at
this point would obviously be unethical.

Locking the spine and stabilizing the spine are not the same thing.
This shows your complete lack of understanding of biomechanics.
If I knew someone who wanted a service such as yours I would refer them
either to Bahram Jam's site: www.aptei.com or John Duffy's site
www.ptupdate.com I have read some of Bahram's material and it is very
good. I haven't looked at John's site but he is willing to post his
opinion at www.rehabedge.com without asking us for money all the time.
If you are going to claim that you are the "editor" of a "journal" you
better have the ability to back it up. This may sound harsh but I
believe strongly in this. A discussion list is valuable because there
is a wide variety of people with a wide variety a backgrounds and
knowledge who are willing to share their ideas and debate them. It
would fall apart if everyone charged $14.95 for their opinion. Why
would I want to pay you over someone else?
