I am more and more beginning to agree with those who say that namespace URIs
shouldn't be URLs of documents.
There wouldn't be a problem if http://purl.org/dc/terms/ didn't point to
anything. I see nothing in the RDFS to say that the URI has to retrieve
anything, or if it does retrieve anything that it has to be an RDFS document
(as opposed to maybe dc.xsd, dc.dtd, dc.rddl or smiley.gif).
