President Bush Calls For New Palestinian Leadership- June 2002

Description: This site provides access to the official transcript of a speech about the future of the Middle-East peace process which was made by American President George W. Bush on June 24, 2002. In it he calls for Yasser Arafat to step down as Palestinian leader and outlines future American foreign policy towards the creation of a Palestinian state. A multimedia version of the speech can also be accessed from the site.

Civil List Annual Report 2001

It includes information on the Civil List allocation, financial accounts and statistics on budgets, running costs and staffing salaries for the Royal family. Expiry of the ECSC Treaty
Description: This web site was established by the European Union to provide information on the expiry of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) Treaty in July 2002. It provides background information on the purpose iof the treaty, which was in force from 1951-2002, and details on the budgetary effects and impact of the expiry of the treaty on the coal and steel sectors in Europe. The site includes links to EU publications on this issue. Users should note that some document s are in pdf format and therefore require access to an Adobe Acrobat Reader for use.
