I agree with Maarten that it would be hugely helpful to actually get articles
relevant to queries brought up actually posted on the list. It is extremely
difficult for those of us working away from large cities or Uni libraries to
access journals and ordering articles can be daunting (not least if you do not
have credit cards or are concerned about using them over the web).
Isnt there a way we could share information, experience and knowledge to help us
from feeling we have to reinvent the wheel individually every time we want to
look at EBP of specific techniques? Even the CSP website only hase 3 or 4 EBP
clinical practice guidelines available despite the number of staff they have
carrying out work on CPD & research.
Any suggestions how we could share more internationally?
