Robbie, isn't this what NHS Direct is all about? Whatever the controversy
surrounding this service, it is clearly incredibly safe, with only 29
adverse incidents in over 6 million cases.

2.htm But at what price? Perhaps this is part of the problem, NHS Direct is
a little bit too conservative; if in doubt (which seems to be much of the
time) then send the patient to A&E! But seriously though, their nurse
training may well be worth looking in to.
