Research Fellow in German Nationalism

£17,626 - £26,491 pa
The Centre for German-Jewish Studies will be appointing a 2 year Research
Fellow to contribute to its project on "Nationalist Myths and Modern Media in
the Age of Globalisation", beginning 1 September 2002. The person
appointed should be fluent in German and English, have expertise in the
history of antisemitism and be familiar with contemporary debates on
German national identity. The successful candidate will be a well-qualified
and creative person, capable of contributing to the development of the Centre.
Salary to be in the above range although starting salary to be no higher than
£20,470 pa.
