Thank you for all the efforts you have done for the international use of DC.
Here is the current status of DC translation in China:

1. Language and Country: Chinese (simplified), China PR
2. Is there national standard of Simple DC?: No
3. Is there de facto standard translation of Simple DC?:Yes
4. Have you found translation(s) of Simple DC in your language?:Yes
5. Have you found translation(s) of DC Qualifiers in your language?:Yes
