Yes, I agree that you cannot automatically identify the contents of a schema
(it's members). For that you need the isDefinedBy term. However, we still
need a W3C equivelent to the eor:Schema tag. Otherwise how is an
application, such as a metadata registry, to know that what is being
described is a schema? I think this should come from the W3C so that we do
not have a hundred (or a thousand) different communities creating their own
method to do this (as DC did with eor:Schema).
