You may be interested in a *free* add-on for Powerpoint XP which may be
suitable.
See http://www.microsoft.com/office/powerpoint/producer/ for download and
demonstration. I haven't had time to have a go myself yet but I hope to make
some of our LTSN Bioscience events available in this format in future.
