Timberlake et al., Vision Research v. 12, pp. 1059-1064.
I found this in Eileen Kowler's chapter in her 1990 edited volume.
They plot saccade size standard deviation versus target step size. This
has a value of about 0.1 for the largest steps in the figure (only 3 deg),
and goes up to 0.3-0.4 for very small saccades.
