Well possibly a minority view but the last three questions on 2882 worth
25/45 could trap the unaware student, and required evaluation skills.
Eg d ii) how much subsidy to get to the optimal level of output v just a
subsidy graph
d iii) a large subsidy and did students have to use CBA framework or not?
And e) the advantages and disadvantages to the government - bet that caught
some students unaware having to argue from the viewpoint of government
rather than consumers.. And direct or indirect taxes? And just taxes? Plenty
to talk about evaluatively?
And again paper 1 last two questions are not toe inform two metres. Top
marks require some guile.
But I do now find students are more confident with Economics than Business
Studies papers - a real reversal over some years ago.
I am big fan of OCR Economics
