I am a postgraduate student at the University of Bath, and I am doing
research for RNID on how service users can inform the development of
services.
All the service users are deaf or deafblind with learning difficulties
and/or mental health problems, and have often had little previous experience
of being consulted about the services they use.
Does anyone have any ideas or experience of involving similar groups of
service users in research or evaluation of services?
Many thanks
