Apologies for cross-posting.
In a questionnaire about the response of a SME to regulation changes in
the external environment, we were considering using Covin and Slevin's
entrepreneurial orientation, as a better metric than the old Miles and
Snow prospector and defenders. This might capture some of the attitudes
to risk on behalf of the firm's management, but I would like to find a
measure of how the firm deals with uncertainty.
I have a series of statements from a Journal of Applied Management
Studies article Khatri and D'Netto (1997)
I would like to know:
1) whether the list members think that the Covin and Slevin's scale is
robust and up to date
2) whether the list members have come across other measures of risk
aversion and uncertainty.
Thank you in anticipation
