There is a software kit "common Vision Blox" http://www.commonvisionblox.de/
You can program its "blob" measurement to recognise a signiature of various
marks on the iris and define the moments of these blobs. you can then plot
the angle chages of the blobs in each image you can do this up to 30 frames
a second. This allows measurement of torsional eye movement
