Could the choice of public health physician be due to the trust trying to
double hat a job.I know that some "Emergency" Contingency Plans, especially
involving haazardous substances, nominates the Consultant in Communicable
Disease as the lead. They may have tried to kill (poor choice) 2 bords with
one stone?
