Rebecca,
Version - is it worth explicitly stating that this is for use for changes in
intellectual content as opposed to the same content provided in a different
version of software?
Date - I still have reservations about Date Submitted and Accepted as they
appear to be administrative fields and are associated with only one type of
resource. The feeling here that they will be misused for other
administrative purposes and lead to confusion.
Relation HasFormat - I have forwarded your question to the originator
(Thomas Fischer) and will forward his response. They (SUB Goettingen)
already use hasFormat and I believe they disregarded the 'which came first'
debate as they receive dissertations in a variety of formats. Although one
of these may be regarded as the 'original' in that they received it that way
from the author, another format is actually the 'official' document (they
have not yet resolved how to spell that out but are working on it.
Regards,
Robina

Subject: Proposals
On March 30 I sent out a message to this list about several proposals to
go to the Usage Board for new Dublin Core elements/qualifiers that are
included in the Library Application Profile.
see:

There have been no comments about these. If there is any discussion please
post it to this list within the next few days. On Monday I will announce
the availability of these proposals to DC-General and the Usage Board in
accordance with Usage Board procedures. Then those groups will have a
month to comment before the DCMI Usage Board meeting in May.
