Learning Technology Adviser (ref. 8269)
Institute for Learning and Research Technology
The Learning Technology Support Service is a centrally
funded service at the University of Bristol. It is based
within the Institute for Learning and Research Technology -
an international centre of excellence in the
development and use of Information and Communication
Technology to support learning and research.
You will provide advice and support to University staff in
the use and application of new technology in learning and
teaching. Main duties will include provision of
professional development opportunities to university staff
on aspects of learning technology; writing of positional
and strategy papers; research into learning technology
and contribution to original research papers resulting from
these activities.
You will have a higher education degree or equivalent
qualification, comprehensive knowledge of learning
technology, two years' experience in a similar learning
technology environment, and experience of producing
training materials and running workshops. Good
interpersonal and communication skills, time management and
teamworking are all essential qualities.
Grade : Grade 2 - Academic Related
Salary : £20470 - £26491
